At Maxi-Pet.ro, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If a size or style isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached in the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned pet apparel, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
